We had a problem with our units and couldn’t get it resolved with the past roofer. Factor 1 were brilliant they simply got it fixed and nothing was a problem. We’ve now made them our preferred option and I’d highly recommend them. Daniel is really easy to deal with than other roofers we have used before.

Daniel is really thorough, I receive photos of the job and I receive the invoice in a timely manner. I never need to chase him up. Once I send a job order out, I know it’s taken care of.

Daniel is wonderful, really happy with his service. Trades people you have to chase up, but I’ve never had to chase Daniel. The main thing with Daniel is, he does the work on time and is reliable.
